He understands that each person's experiences and goals are unique, and he works to create a supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

Stephanie Johnson, LPC/MHSP

Stephanie believes that healing happens within connection. She focuses on building strong, authentic relationships that support growth, resilience, and self-acceptance. She is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and strives to create a warm, affirming environment where clients can feel safe to explore their identities, experiences, and challenges.

Jeff utilizes a unique set of techniques, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (popularly known as EMDR), to help clients pursue meaning and discover their own passion for life. He considers himself grateful to be able to support those with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, or those struggling with self-worth.

Katlyn's mission is to stand beside individuals through their journeys to assist them wherever she is needed. She is someone who will see the strengths in individuals and pull from those strengths for empowerment. Katlyn believes that each person already holds the power, but sometimes, when life gets messy, they can forget that.
