About Me
Kelli Cruse has a background in social work and recovery support services. She has extensive experience working with people navigating addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions.
Kelli's therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. She values creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore meaningful change.
Drawing from both professional experience and a deep understanding of resilience and personal growth, Kelli works to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self and purpose.
She completed her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
