About Me
I believe that healing happens within connection. I focus on building strong, authentic relationships that support growth, resilience, and self-acceptance. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create a warm, affirming environment where clients can feel safe to explore their identities, experiences, and challenges.
I have experience working with addiction, trauma, relational issues, and codependence. I enjoy helping clients create healthy boundaries, improve self-esteem, and reduce shame while developing more fulfilling connections with themselves and others. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. With a collaborative and client-centered approach, I am committed to meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them on their journey toward balance, authenticity, and healing.
