About Me
Tanya has years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use issues, attachment disorders, and the deep emotional impact of mother wounds. She specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of their mental health and guiding them toward healing and personal growth.

Whether clients are dealing with the aftermath of trauma, struggling with addiction, or facing difficulty in forming healthy connections, Tanya offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore these difficulties. She believes that understanding the root causes of these struggles, particularly around early attachment and family dynamics, can lead to profound healing and lasting change.

Together with her clients, Tanya works to uncover the patterns and experiences that have shaped their current emotional world, supporting them in developing healthier coping mechanisms, self-compassion, and more fulfilling relationships. Her approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.
She completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree at Dalton State College and earned her Master of Science in Social Work degree with Clinical Concentration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
