Who We Are

Mallory Welborn, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Mallory Welborn is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Doctoral Certificate from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Her doctoral research focused on improving depression screening rates in primary care. She has experience caring for clients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD. She sees clients ages 16 and older.

Teresa Rivers, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Teresa Rivers is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and her post-Master’s certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Southern Adventist University. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 14 years before obtaining her Master’s. After this, she worked at an acute psychiatric facility as a nurse practitioner for 2 years. Her experience also includes working within a residential treatment facility for both eating disorders and substance abuse disorders. She believes in creating an individualized and collaborative plan of care utilizing evidence-based practice. Her goal is for her clients to feel heard and respected while helping them improve their quality of life. She treats a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, postpartum depression and anxiety, and birth trauma. 

Morgan Turner, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Morgan Turner is a board-certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  She has been in private practice as a Nurse Practitioner for 10 years and prior to that, worked in a variety of critical care settings as an RN. She encourages a supportive, collaborative relationship with her clients using evidence-based treatment approaches. Morgan believes in not only medication, but behavioral modifications and nutraceuticals to help achieve client-directed treatment goals. She treats a variety of mental health disorders, including Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She sees clients 18 and older.
